We have two main goals:

To get seniors involved in activities that will prevent them from leading sedimentary lives. We believe physical fitness will reduce the challenges each senior goes through as they age. By offering access for seniors to participate in individual and team sports like those that in the Senior Olympic Games, we can increase fitness, and promote a healthier lifestyle that can enhance their quality of life.

We want to get youth motivated to actively participate in their physical fitness and offer them activities that will lead to healthier future longevity.  Competition has always caused individuals to achieve more and we want to inspire and motivate youth to see fitness as a way of life.
